I started dehydrating and making my own soup mixes after getting sick about 5 years ago. We were looking to get away from processed foods, but missed the convenience. We currently grow most of our own vegetables, get most of our fruits locally, stone-grind wheat for flour. All of our mixes are family favorites and are eaten by our family and friends. Each mix has been developed over time with nutrition and convenience in mind. All mixes appropriate for the Vegetarian lifestyle. All mixes, except Chicken Noodle & Minestrone, are appropriate for the Vegan lifestyle. Several wheat-based mixes are also available. We grind hard red wheat berries weekly (or as needed) for these mixes.
